Give Bangladesh Foundation is powered by small teams of dedicated volunteers, who usually work on specific project or wing that fits their interest & strength. Volunteers make everything happen at our organization, with many working with us for several years.

We host one or two volunteer recruitments per year, based on human resource requirement. If you relay us your wish to join the force for cause- just drop us a knock- we will reach you out in due time!
Requirements and Expectations
Our projects are long term in nature, aside from emergency responses. Therefore, we look for volunteers who can commit to work with us over a long term. We offer the following for our volunteers:
- Gathering real life work experience, both at the field level and in an office setting
- An opportunity to shape the work we do (volunteers develop project proposals)
- Provide an environment to hone skills that will benefit you in the work life (e.g. project management, social media savviness, logistical skills, human resource management etc.)
- For dedicated, long term volunteers, a letter of reference from the distinguished board members of Give Bangladesh International Alliance
